This home with guest house is a unique beach property in Southern California, thirty miles north of San Diego on "Moonlight Beach" in Encinitas. There are many things to do in this area during the summer and year-round: swimming, surfing, fishing, volleyball, taking the trolley into San Diego, and going to the famous Del Mar races.
The home is located in a gated compound 100 yards from the water's edge, with unobstructed views and easy access to the beach. The home features beautiful gardens surrounding a large central patio. The entire property is in authentic Santa Fe Style.
"Your stay here will be like an old world fantasy," said owner/artist.
The main house has two roomy bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a converted art studio with large windows to allow in plenty of sunshine. The kitchen has granite countertops and a cozy breakfast nook overlooking the ocean.

The guest house is just across the patio, nestled in the garden. It also has ocean views, and is completely furnished with bedroom and bath. Here you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves, the frogs, and the crickets from Encinitas Creek.
"The property is a magical and special place. It is a rare privelege indeed to stay here," said a previous guest.
The entire design of the beach home centers around outdoor living and preparing wonderful meals. There is a large shade palapa with table and chairs to eat outside, overlooking the beach and the breaking waves. There is also a kiva firaplace in the central garden for you to enjoy your evening dinners outside.
The house is located on a culdisac, with no through traffic. It is ideally suited for two couples wanting to vacation together.
