This beautiful villa is simply unbelievable. A luxurious place to relax and enjoy your vacation in the popular residential community of Hampton Lakes. Hampton Lakes is just 20 miles from Orlando International Airport and is set back from the US 27 highway which gives easy access to theme parks, shops, and several public golf courses. For Disney just take a right out of Hampton Lakes along the US 27, exit east onto the US 192 highway, you are then minutes away from all the Disney attractions.
The total journey is about 10 to 15 minutes. Take a left out of Hampton Lakes, drive south 3 miles to the I4 Interstate highway , the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and the whole of Florida is awaiting you with beaches on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts with three international airports. The Hampton Lakes community has a communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis and basket ball courts, a sand volley ball court and a children's play area. Inside the villa you will find all the luxuries of a dream vacation. A large vaulted lounge/ family area with TV and VCR, tastefully furnished including a selection of videos and books for your enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and many other appliances to make life easier. A laundry area containing a family sized washing machine and dryer. There is also an iron, ironing board and 3 hair dryers. At present there is a full size Table Tennis facility. A games room with a full size Pool table will be available after 14th November 2002. |
There is an optional PC with unlimited Internet access and e-mail facility with Microsoft Office and Printer. For dining there is an elegant dining area with seating for eight and for less formal occasions there is a breakfast table and breakfast bar. For out door dining there is a table with Parasol and seating by the pool. The villa is fully air conditioned. Two sets of bedding for each room is provided along with towels for indoor and pool use. A telephone is provided with free local call. For other calls and international calls a phone card can be purchased at the local supermarket which gives exceptional value. The villa has five bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms each containing Queen size beds, each has it's own en-suite bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Ample wardrobe space is provided by a large walk in closet adjacent to the first master bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a full (double) bed and an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms comprise of twin beds served by a 4th bathroom which is shared. Large patio windows give private access to the pool. The settee in the lounge is convertible to a bed to accommodate the 11th and 12th guests. There is a 40 feet x 24 feet extended sun deck area containing a 28 x 14 foot heated swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi. There is a removable safety fence across the pool deck area to prevent unsupervised pool activity.
