Our villa was built in July 2000 and is situated in a secure/gated community -
Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee located just off the Highway 192, down Poinciana Boulevard
and is only about 15/20 mins from all the major attractions.

It sits at the edge of a lake which gives a front seat view for many of the Wildlife creatures that may be found in Florida.
Eagles, Otters, Alligators, Pelicans, Herons
There is Horse Riding and a weekly Rodeo just down the road and Award winning golf courses
in-fact everything you could possibly ask for.
We have tried to make our villa exceptional so your holiday is the best ever and make you feel like you are featuring in your own dream!.

The Villa's are situated in Cresent Lakes (Map), a quiet area of Kissimmee with a mix of domestic and vacation rental homes. It is just off Poinciana Blvd. 15 minutes from Disney and 10 minutes from all the facilities on Hwy. 192. The area is adjacent to a nature preserve and there is abundant wildlife in the vicinity along with horse riding and a petting farm nearby. The spacious and luxurious Villa's are ideally suitable for a large family group or more than one family that wish to holiday together, close to disney and all the Central Florida attractions.
The Villa's probably offer the most cost effective way for a large group to stay in this area while providing a high level of comfort. The prices are generally comparable to a couple of hotel rooms.
