Lake Champlain, our 'Little House in a cedar grove', located on Pelot Bay in secluded wooded setting.
Spacious unit completely furnished except linens & towels, unless previous arrangements are made.
The bay area is very quiet, no traffic, telephone & no neighbors. There is no housing in sight, except across the bay.
Beautiful Lake Champlain beckons from the doorstep of this Island Lodge. Ask for a room overlooking the lake. The Clarks, Charlie and Dorice, live on the premises.
In summer, come to our screen porch for a full or continental breakfast or to an INN close by, perhaps it could be your favorite choice for dinner in the evening. Spring & summer 05', fish Carry Bay, Pelot Bay, Alburgh Passage and the Inland sea, "Charlie's Northland Lodge".
Open all seasons. In warmer months, fish, sail, kayak, wonderful biking, shopping or just plain relax. Charlie's offers fishing equipment, rods, reels, all bait in season. Fishing boat & motor to rent, guests only. Fifty years in business. Charlie's is where the best fishing is. Private docks and beach.

Our Lodge has two rooms on the second floor private or s/bath. Air conditioning on second floor. One bedroom on first floor with a very new full bath. Guest parlor with firplace for all. The Lodge is not wheelchair accessible though a walker would work.
Located an hour south of Montreal, 30 miles north of Burlington,Vt. and ca. one hour to Jay Peak and Stowe Vt, ski-capitals of the east. Mount Mansfield appears with good visibility from our picture window.

Boat & motor rentals available to guests only; sport shop on premises, also gifts, clothing, books; new and old, and collectibles. Bed & Breakfast in our lodge, sherry in every room.Private beach. Fishing is our business.

$225/night (3 night minimum)
$995/week mid-June through Labor Day
$695 spring, fall & winter season, except the week of Christmas and New Years($995 )

No pets are allowed
1/2 deposit required & non-refundable.
$200 Security deposit by cash or credit card only due on arrival.
Also, "Charlie's Northland Lodge" rates are $115/119 private bath, per room per night,air conditioned,T.V.,your choice full breakfast or a continental breakfast.Winter rates are the same and by reservation only, plus 9 % rooms tax.
A suite of two rooms, second floor; a double & a room with two twins, rate is $90 p/n per room or p/b, your coice..
