Programs and Clubs Run by Hemlock Farms Community Association
- The Day Camp is available on a weekly basis for children ages 4-15 during the summer. It offers supervised games, sports, instruction, and field trips.
- Very active Women's Club as well as the 50+ Club, the Chess Club, the Fishing Club, the Happy Hookers (handcrafts). The Choral Society and other clubs concerning religion and politics.
- The library-run book discussion and a children's story hour

Property amenities not listed above:

A huge outdoor hot tub surrounded by complete privacy; three TV's plus two stereos and a DVD-VHS and a CD player. The stereo at the rear of the screened in Florida Room is only 7ft from the hottub. (Bring your favorite cassettes and CD's)

The game room has pool, air hockey, board games, and a home bar. We also have POWER PLAY (You don't have to bring game for this. Hundreds of games are built into the console.)
The property is adjacent to a very large children's play area with swings, slides, climbing equipment, etc. It is also adjacent to the ballfield, basketball, picnic area and a community Olympic-sized pool.

Truly adjacent- No crossing roads or private property.

Community Amenities
Your 700-lb. capacity boat is located on a 300(!) acre lake. The community also has ten perfectly smooth tennis courts, an indoor Olympic-sized pool, a full-size modern fitness center and ice skating, snow tubing, and sledding; also hiking and great biking on the well-maintained and shady side roads.

Rates

- Summer: $2,700/week
- Three-day holiday weekend: $1,350 + $150 per additional day
- Weekends: $1,000 + $150 for additional day
- For all stays, add a $80 cleaning fee
