Decorated for your comfort and enjoyment and located in one of the most requested beach areas in Puerto Rico. Although it is not oceanfront, it is within walking distance to a palm-lined beach.
It has ample and cozy atmosphere that will accommodate five people with privacy. It has two bedrooms, 2 baths and a spacious living room/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a full-size bed in one bedroom and a twin-size and a bunk bed in the other bedroom.
The Townhouse is part of Villas de Tanamarie. This is a complex of 16 condominiums in total that is constructed of concrete and reinforced steel. Each condo has 2 parking spaces with access control. There is an in site swimming pool.
Our guests may also enjoy all the activities found near by: Fishing, Snorkeling, Diving, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Jet Skiing, Swimming, Biking, Sightseeing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Casinos and Churches.

Arecibo Observatory houses the world’s largest radio telescope on earth.
Las Cascadas is the largest water park in P.R.
La Parguera is a small seaside town located on the southwest of P.R. It is home to one of the few bioluminescent bays in the world. It is a spectacular "light show" during the "new moon" phase!
Rio Camuy Cave Park is the most impressive subterranean cave network in the western hemisphere. The Wild Adventure Tour includes repelling from a 150 feet wall in the cave.
Tropical Trail Rides- Horseback riding adventures for the whole family.
Waterfalls in the Maricao Forest provides an excellent place to hike and picnic for the day.
Whale-watching cruises is an interesting seasonal activity.
Restaurants and several casinos are located in the west and south of the Island.
