Peak Season-Both Cottages
$500 a night for both cottages
$600 a night weekends, three night minimum on holiday weekends.
$3,200 per week
$6,500 per month
Deposit $500 due immediately to hold reservation. Refundable unless reservation is cancelled three weeks or less prior to arrival. Total rent due two weeks prior to arrival. Credit cards accepted.
Off Season - Both Cottages
$300 a night
$1,500 a week
$3,000 per month
Cottages can be rented separately off season
$150 per night per cottage off season
Military Discounts may be available

Minimum deposit of $500 or half of rent
