Route 192. Formosa Gardens is less than a ten-minute drive to any Walt Disney World destination! Within a mile radius of the Estates are 24 hour supermarkets, fine dining and family style restaurants, world class golf courses, miniature golf, Premium Outlet shopping, tanning and beauty salons, pharmacies, and even a medical walk in clinic. Between the amenities this home offers and the attractions within a few miles of the home, you will have a wonderful vacation without ever stepping into a theme park!
Our house is perfect for families or groups of any age! We offer a little something for everyone. The house is spaciously laid out on one level, making it ideal for anyone concerned about stairs. The house offers four King Grand Master Suites, a Queen Mistress Suite and two themed bedrooms for the children and the young at heart that have 2 twin beds in each room. The themed rooms are decorated in Disney themes ~ Winnie the Pooh and Buzz Lightyear. All of the beds have high quality Sealy Posturepedic mattresses for you comfort. If you are traveling with children, we provide a baby cot, a highchair and a small stroller…..free of charge.
Your family will also enjoy the other areas in the home including a game room, living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The game room offers hours of entertainment with a pool table and an air hockey table, also provided for you pleasure is a Microsoft X-Box with several games. When the games are over, sit back on our comfortable sofa and loveseat and enjoy a movie. We offer for your enjoyment free of charge an extensive video and DVD library for you to enjoy on our 54 inch High Definition big screen TV with a DVD/VCR player. We even provide books for your reading pleasure.
The Anna Maria has a large private pool area including a 1500 square foot screened pool deck and a spacious pool featuring colored fiber optic lighting and a waterfall feature. For your evening enjoyment take a moment to view the fireworks of the Magic Kingdom from the patio. Located on the pool deck is a free-standing, 5person spa, with 16 adjustable therapeutic jets. The spa settings are totally separate from the pool so your spa water will reach true spa temperature. Outside the pool area is a picnic style grill for outdoor barbecuing. Surrounding the pool is a lovely covered lanai for dining el –fresco with seating for up to 14.

If there is a fisherman (or woman) in your group, you are in luck…this villa even offers fishing rods for fishing in the Formosa Gardens Estates Lake. No fishing license required! Guests are quite happy with the large fish they have pulled from our lake.
We, the owners, live in the neighborhood and are readily available in case of any emergencies. Living within such close proximity allows us to provide our guests with unsurpassed service. This home is fully licensed for up to 14 guests plus two children under the age of three and registered with state and county officials. It is regularly maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services. The house has a range of safety features including interconnected smoke alarms, emergency lighting at every exit, fire extinguisher, and child alarms at doors to pool and a safe.
