The villa is situated on a private residential area at the Buenaventura Lakes Golf and Country Club Community, Kissimmee. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the property from the airport, and about 15 minutes to get to Disney World and other major Orlando Attractions.
The Atlantic coast and the Kennedy Space Centre are about 50 minutes drive to the east and the Gulf of Mexico and Busch Gardens are 90 minutes drive to the west.
The villa is a fully detached property built on a 1/5 th acre plot which backs onto a small private lake. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large lounge/ dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, a utility area and a double garage with a remote controlled door.
The property is luxuriously furnished and has fitted carpets throughout It has air-conditioning to every room, and there are also ceiling fans for additional air circulation.
It will sleep up to six people in the bedrooms and another two people on the convertible sofa in the lounge. |
The swimming pool is an attractive feature of the villa, it measures 30 ft by 17 ft, and is solar heated.
The pool deck area to the rear of the villa overlooks the lake and measures 60 ft x 23 ft. There is also a covered patio which measures
20 ft x 7 ft, making a total area of over 1500 sq ft.
For your enjoyment and total comfort this whole area is enclosed by a fine mesh screen which lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out.
On the patio there is a table and eight chairs, six adjustable sun loungers, two side tables and a gas BBQ
