| This cozy but roomy home has a Main House plus a guest house which are connected by a glassed in walk way/mud room. The large spa is also located conveniently between the two structures. The Main House has a Master Suite with a King bed on the top level, a large kitchen, dining room and living room & powder room on the mail floor and two bedrooms and a bath, a family room with a billiard table, a work out room and a laundry on the lower level. The Guest House, located over the 3-car heated garage, has 3 more bedrooms, 2 baths, a small kitchen, dining room and living room. All the bedrooms except for the Master Suite have queen beds. There is a fire pit outside for evening sing-alongs and S'Mores! |
There are a total of 5 TV's on 3 separate satellite channels, central stereo system with remote controls, DVD and VHS at multiple sites (both houses). There is one wood-burning and one gas fireplace. The walkway/mudroom will have a boot/glove dryer in time for ski season.
