The Living Room features a large new sectional sofa and easy chairs, fireplace, ceiling fan, and cable TV/VCR. The new carpeting is ultra-plush for bare feet. Please use our Guest Book to record your favorite Captiva experiences for future guests (plus we enjoy reading it).
The huge Screened Porch wraps around two sides of the home for great fresh air. Sofas, chairs, and a game/dining table make this a place where you'll spend a lot of time. Our professional cleaning staff assure you that our home will be spotless upon your arrival.
The Den, with cable TV, VCR plus stereo/CD, also serves as the private third bedroom when you close the sliders and blinds. There is a full bathroom nearby. All linens and towels are provided. We provide Hi Speed Internet access with WiFi.
The Kitchen (completely renovated in Sept. '01) is full equipped with all appliances and utensils you will need to cook a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner. There are ample dishes, glassware, and silverware. Or just eat out at one of the 13 restaurants in walking distance.

amenities not listed above: You'll probably spend a lot of time at the large heated pool, which was renovated last year. It's great for both adults and children. It's an easy 200 yard walk from our homes, and features lots of lounge chairs to catch the sun. Walk another few yards and you're at the Gulf Beach. The tennis courts are immediately behind the pool. Or walk a few hundred yards the other way and you're at the marina, where you can moor your boat, or rent one, or take a guided tour of the other islands. Did I forget golf? Ther are two courses on Sanibel and dozens more off-island.
