The Living Room has comfortable chairs and sofas, fireplace, ceiling fan, and cable TV/VCR. Stereo and CD player are in the loft. Berber carpeting throughout is easy on the feet. Please use our Guest Book to record your favorite Captiva experiences for future guests (plus we enjoy reading it).

The Dining Room has a brand new table and chairs for eight, with more seating on the screened porch and the breakfast and entertaining bar. Our professional cleaning staff assure you that our home will be spotless on your arrival.

The Master Suite features a new King Bed, private bathroom, cable TV, and private sundeck. Adjacent is a large loft with double sleeper sofa, desk, and comfortable reading chair. Downstairs are two bedrooms with a Queen Bed and Twins and a shared bathroom. All linens and towels are provided.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils you would need to cook a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner. There are ample dishes, glassware, and silverware. Or just eat out at one of 13 restaurants in easy walking distance.

You'll probably spend a lot of time at the large heated pool, which was renovated last year. It's great for both adults and children. It's an easy 200 yard walk from our homes, and features lots of lounge chairs to catch the sun. Walk another few yards and you're at the Gulf Beach. The tennis courts are immediately behind the pool. Or walk a few hundred yards the other way and you're at the marina, where you can moor your boat, or rent one, or take a guided tour of the other islands. Did I forget golf? There are two public courses on Sanibel and dozens more off-island.
