Rates

$160 to $190 per day based on season
$1000 to $1500 per week based on season and Holidays.
7 Day minimum stay for weeks including a Holiday, otherwise a minimum 4 day stay.
Deposit of $350 required to hold reservation. Balance is due 5 days prior to arrival.
Occupancy 8 people: Each additonal person $10 per day or $50 per week.
