Our 2BR/2BA condo is oceanfront with spectacular panoramic view of the ocean and large olympic size pool and tiki bar from inside the condo and out on the balcony (6' x 25'). The condo is on the 4th (top) floor. Our condo is one of the nicest condos in the resort. Condo is 1000 square feet, sleeps six, professionally cleaned, fully furnished (recently re-furnished) with new 27" color cable tv, new DVD, new dishwasher, new flat top range/oven, new sleeper sofa (double bed), new couch and new recliner in den (overlooking the ocean), new twin beds in one room and queen size bed in main bedroom, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator and all appliances and utensils, new water heater, wet bar and dining room (overlooking the ocean) central air, and color cable tv in master bedroom too. There are four new washers & dryers in a separate laundry room on each floor. Two minute walk from condo to ocean and three minute walk to Olympic size pool and tiki bar. $275K value condo. Rates

2002 - 2003 Rates: $750/week (Sat. to Sat.) from Oct-March and $900/week from April-Sept. and includes tax, professional cleaning, clean towels and linens, free pools, tennis, gym, private pier and dock and discount golf. Renter must be 23, no smoking or pets, family or couple, max. occupancy is 6. $300 deposit due within 10 days of making a reservation, which goes toward your final balance-typically due 1.5 months before your stay.
