This consists of a living room overlooking the garden, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. $700 per month includes electirc, cable, snow plowing, fully furnished. Minimum three months.
Additional features: The third floor is finished with cathedral ceiling, 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom & large studio. The basement has a workroom, laundry room, and a multi purpose room that leads out onto a stone patio.

There is also a fireplace to be used for cooler nights in the dining room as well as the living room and study.

Cross-country skiing and downhill skiing are nearby (out the door to 20 minutes away). Several rivers and streams are also nearby: Naugatuck River, west branch of the Farmington River, Housatonic River. Eleven square mile wildlife preserve - five minutes away. Flyfishing lessons can be arranged.
