What a great trip! The house was beautiful! After a long airplane ride with my husband and two kids, Aurelia certainly showed us the Aloha spirit. The fresh flowers and local fruit were an especially nice touch. We will be back, I recommend your services to all my friends who are Hawaii bound. Thank you so much! Mahalo Nui Loa.
Mahalo, Mahalo. What a heavenly little cottage. I’m sitting here on the porch and I wish we could stay longer. I can’t wait to return. We loved every minute. It’s definately a cozy, warm, comforting hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Nice and Clean!! We loved it. From cozy flannel sheets to mugs of tea in the morning. Thank you Michael and Cathy for sharing Pohu Cottage with us. Much Aloha, Larry and Kelly
Hello! We only stayed here two days, but your home was a welcome retreat from hotels and condos we stayed in on the islands. We are here to celebrate our 25th anniversary, son’s high school graduation, and daughter’s bat mitzvah accomplishment. Your home is so creatively decorated. I teach high school art and as soon as I saw the block prints, I had to stop and look at each one. They are beautiful - very expressive. The wild flowers and volcano hikes were an impressive experience. We hope to return again in the future. Aloha and mahalo, the Troutmans
What a beautiful home! We truly enjoyed the relaxed pace of our two days in Hawaii here at the Hale Mauna Loa. The surroundings (jungle) are incredible. We will recommend your home to all our ohana! Mahalo Nui Loa, Marie and Dave
We loved our stay here. The attention to detail in the decor, craftsmanship and comfort were impressive. We loved the views, the birds, the fireplace and most of all meeting you and talking to you, Aurelia! Mahalo for everything, Glenn and Sally Jo

What a lovely home away from home - so charming and so spotless! The cozy fire in the evening, the peacefulness, the many varieties of birds sounds, and the dear cats added to the comfort. Enjoyed the climate - perfect 70’s during the day. The rains in the evening, and the clear blue sky and sunshine days is (in my opinion) the perfect kind of climate! And all the beautiful flowers! Overwhelming beauty. Thank you for making this sweet little house so comfortable. One can easily see the pride you take in your work. It’s a rare thing, and it shows what extraordinary person you are. Florence, Seda and Kristine
