The rental also comes with a pass to the Islamorada Park, which is 1 mile South of the house. There is a skate/ skateboard park there for the kids. All they need to bring is their skate/ skateboards, pads and helmet. Also, there is a boat ramp, a beach, an Olympic size pool, dive pool, picnic area, etc. etc. It's a GREAT place to spend the day. At night, after your full day in the sun, you can relax in the Jacuzzi, overlooking the water. As if diving, snorkeling, sunning, boating, swimming, etc. etc., weren't enough, don't forget to spend an afternoon swimming with the Dolphins or the stingrays. Also, just minutes from the house. This beautiful POOL HOME in the heart of Islamorada, has 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths. Downstairs there is a totally independent 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment. The house is PERFECT for those traveling with different age groups, in-laws, teenagers or 2 families. The house is extra clean and modernly furnished. Overlooking the water is a Jacuzzi. You can soak up the sun in our brand new swimming pool, lounge chairs or on lay out on the hammock overlooking the water. There are table and chairs upstairs in the screened veranda and downstairs by the Bar-B-Que. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation a "PERFECT" one.
