Built new in '99 our Miners Run townhome offers 3 master suites, private hot tub, 1 car garage and backs to the National Forest.
Miners Run is a small community of only 39 units located in the Wildernest subdivision above Silverthorne. Considered one of the best developments in Wildernest, Miners Run offers breathtaking views and a secluded location. You will feel miles away yet you are centrally located to the world class skiing and all the year round activities Summit County offers.
Our unit backs to National Forest, which makes the eight person hot tub, and the large deck a peaceful and relaxing place to be anytime of the year. In addition to the hot tub and location our unit offers several other special amenities. 2000 square feet on three levels provides plenty of room and privacy when desired.

One of the unique design features of our home are the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large private full bath complete with dual sink vanities. No sharing of bathrooms and showers! This unit works GREAT for 3 couples or 3 families and we are happy to provide refferences from past guests.
Our townhome is within 15 minutes of all four SUMMIT COUNTY SKI RESORTS. The free Summit Stage shuttle stops a block from the front door and will take you anywhere in Summit County. Silverthorne offers a brand new recreation center with a swimming pool and modern exercise equipment. We are happy to arrange discounted lift tickets, ski rental equipment & airport shuttles for our guests.
All of our guests have truly loved our place and we are confident you will too! We have given careful consideration to equip our home with everything you will need for your stay. From hair dryers in every bathroom to baby cribs, its all here, bring only your bags and a vacation attitude!

Rates
Feb-14-2003 - Apr-05-2003 Daily $345.00 up to 12 Guests
Apr-06-2003 - May-24-2003 Daily $145.00 up to 12 Guests
Rental Policies
4 night minimum stay when booking more than 14 days prior to arrival during $195, $245 & $345 rate periods.
5 night minimum stay when booking 14 days prior to arrival during $395 rate period
No minimum night stay during $145 rate period.
No minimum night stay if booking less than 14 days prior to arrival.
For stays of 3 nights or less a $95 cleaning fee will apply.
Deposits
Reservations may be made by phone or email
1st night stay is required as deposit to confirm reservation. Deposit must be received within 2 days of reservation, if not reservation will be cancelled. Deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.
Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival and is also non-refundable upon cancellation unless dates can be rebooked.
A valid credit card number or a seperate check for $350 is required with final payment to serve as a security deposit. If there is no damage or need for additional cleaning, no charges will be placed on the card or your check will be returned or destroyed.
