Rates

$755.00 for a two night stay.
$345.00 each additional night.
$1790.00 weekly.

Booking Policy -All bookings require a two day minimum stay. Holidays are usually 3-5 day minimum. There is a non-refundable deposit fee of $50.00 to $150.00 on all reservations included in the two night price.

Security deposits of $150.00 to $500.00 are charged on all rentals. Security deposits to be refunded after cabin is inspected, cleaned and linens inventoried. $100.00 / minimum for pets. $500.00 / minimum for month rentals. $1000.00 / minimum for groups.

TOT TAX a 10% transient occupancy tax required by the county of riverside is charged on all rentals.

Cancellations– We require a 15 day notice on regular bookings and 45 days on all Holiday reservations to avoid any rental charges. After the 15 day notice (45 Holiday), you may be liable for 100% of the cabin charge. If we are able to re-rent your cabin you will not be liable for any rental charges.

Payments–The non-refundable deposit fee will be charged when your reservation is made. Payment in full must be received 15 days (45 for holidays) prior to your arrival date. If you are using a credit card we will charge it at that time. If you wish to pay by personal check it must be received in our office 1 week before payment is due, so as to allow time for the check to clear. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
