| This place is located near Captain Cook on our private 10 acre estate with macnuts, limes and avocadoes. Snowbird is a large one-bedroom unit that is designed with comfort in mind. It has a king bed in the bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen (sans dishwasher), dinette area, full dining room with desk area and a good sized living room with queen futon sofa, which overlooks the landscaped estate, the private doubles tennis court and an ocean peek of the nearby ocean. |

50% deposit required - balance due upon arrival.
Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers/Registered Check or Cash. Check in 3pm/check out 11am. Rates are based on double occupancy. Please add $20 per person per night for children over 12. Maximum occupancy is 5 persons. Rates do not include 11% tax.
We are flexible especially where children are involved or if we have an opening that fills a gap for us. Don't hesitate to ask.
Cancellations and refunds: balance due upon arrival. Please: reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of one night's stay. Less than 30 days you are subject to forfeiting your deposit.
