Cozy and freshly remodeled, this 1920's garden-style bungalow is just 7-doors from the first of several nearby beaches. Enjoy the backyard’s $10,000 hot tub, and the Bungalow’s fireplace with free firewood, Cable TV, and an automated Shiatsu-Massage chair. The large kitchen has almost everything you would want in a kitchen including a gas stove, microwave, 2 complete sets of dishes, gourmet cooking utensils, bread maker, juicer, ice cream maker, etc. There is also a desk for your laptop computer, printer & Comcast DSL Internet access for emails & web information.
This open-architecture style home has a Queen TEMPUPEDIC Murphy bed in the bedroom area with a blue velvet privacy curtain, a Queen Innerspring Futon in the living room area with another blue velvet privacy curtain, and up and 2 adult-sized twin cots available to set up in front of the fireplace for a total of 6 overnight guests.

Use our 6+ bikes to ride 10 minutes to the south, to the Village of Capitola with it's large beach complete with volleyball courts, Seaside restaurants, and fun Shops. To the north is the world-famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk with the West coast's oldest wooden roller coaster and FREE world-class entertainers on Friday nights during the summer. Pets Friendly with a fully enclosed back yard and outdoor shower for easy sand removal.
