Seabrook Island is a private resort south of Charleston, SC with roughly 2,200 acres of striking, subtropical slendor. Beautiful fairway view located on a quiet street. This spacious home includes a formal dining room, formal living room, which leads to the deck and kitchen with a breakfast nook. The cozy den off of kitchen and formal living area is great to relax and watch T.V. The first floor master is furnished with a king bed and direct access to the large deck. The private bath has a double shower and a whirlpool path. The second-floor bedroom and a queen bed, a full bath and a private bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed and private bath with a standing shower only. A room located above the garage has a queen and two beds.

Seabrook has a great variety of amenities including 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach. This villa has a membership to the Club at Seabrook which includes two pools, two private golf courses, a tennis center and a fine restaurant offering spectacular ocean views. Seabrook also has an equestrian center and miles of riding trails through the island including on the beach.

Historic Charleston is only a short drive away (22 miles by road). Today, Charleston's incredible collection of colonial and antebellum architectural creates a breathtaking backdrop for your island adventure. The city streets offer a colorful mix of historic private homes and other areas specifically designed for visitor enjoyment. First, King Street is Charleston's traditional shopping mecca with everything from antiques to high fashion and interested gifts galore. Fountain Walk is a destination unto itself with the South Carolina Aquarium, IMAX theatre, a food court and regular tours departing for Ft. Sumter, where the Civil War began. The City Market area is alive by day with carriage tours, galleries and shopping venues. But after dark, nightlife takes center stage with restaurants and clubs for the young and merely young-at-heart. Then, just outside the city proper, the Lowcountry's graceful old plantations bring the South into focus like no other place in America.
