Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cedar sided cottage in a restricted lake community. The cottage is located in the city of Nancy, KY and is tastefully decorated in a modern lake theme.

You will love the private location with the convience to Lee's Ford Marina, Pulaski County Park and the city of Somerset.

The warm interior has wood flooring downstairs and berber carpeting upstairs. Play a game of cards or monopoly while you relax in the vaulted living room or enjoy a movie on our 42" plasma TV with home theater system.

We also provide a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill. Whether you want to make a quick breakfast or a dinner feast for friends and family, you will find the kitchen ready for your task.

Bring your boat or wave runner or rent one at Lee's Ford Marina less than five minutes away. We are also less than one mile from Pulaski County Park which has a boat launch ramp, picnic areas and miles of nature trails. The Somerset strip is only 10 minutes away and has everything to meet your shopping, dining and entertainment needs.
