Cancellation: Deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded if reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% Deposit will be refunded if reservation is canceled with 21 to 30 days’ notice. With less than 21 days' notice, deposit can not be refunded.
