| In a private "Family" oriented gated community. 2 swimming pools (One indoor and one outdoor and each has a kiddy pool), playground, ball fields, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, small fishing ponds, private beach access with 24\7 security. The newly furnished ground level house sleeps 7: 2 bedroom (1-queen bed, 1-double bed and 1 twin), Living room w/queen size sofa bed, 2 Bath, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry Room, Central air, small porch, car port, golf cart storage, handicapped ramp. It sits right across the street from the outdoor pool. The beach is about 1/2 mi. from our house with private beach access and parking or easy walk (or better ride by golf cart). Golf cart rental is available on site. All you have to do is bring your swim suit, toothbrush, beach stuff, bath items, and food. It has: color cable TV, VCR, CD player, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, flatware, all kitchen utensils, local phone service, answering machine, laptop hookup, most of the things you would normally need. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED! |
