This beautifully furnished home was built in Dec.2000 on the now complete Ashley Manor sub-division. Being only 12 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando Int. Airport it is in easy reach of all the theme parks but and in a peaceful location yet close to all amenities and activities. Champions Gate golf complex is only 5 mins. drive and gas station/store within 500yards.
The main master bedroom is en-suite with entrance to pool deck,the 2nd. master,also en-suite, has full size bed and the two twin bedrooms have bathroom adjacent. There is ample storage space in all rooms. The lounge,with entrance to pool deck,has a queen-size sleeper/sofa.The dining area has entrance to a covered lanai and pool deck. The kitchen has everthing anyone could wish for to cook even a gourmet meal.A seperate room houses the laundry and an iron and ironing board are here for your use.Air-conditioning is in all rooms for your comfort.
