A bed and breakfast inn with just 4 rooms let in 15th Century villa 1 mile from lake Garda - Italy's largest lake. The rooms are large, have great character and each has its own bathroom. The location is ideal for visiting historic cities, castles, art galleries and is an easy 1 hour drive or train ride to Venice.
The house is on the southern edge of the pre-alps which and cable cars or roads can take you to places where you can walk and enjoy panoramic views. Many water sports are practiced on the lake including windsurfing, boating and kite surfing. You can swim from many pretty beaches. There are nearby large theme parks including a water park with gentle and scary slides. 3 minutes from the house there is a Renaissance villa with spa lake at constant year round 37° C (body temperature).

The house itself is very quiet set in large vineyards in a valley just over the ridge from the lake. There is a small garden with fish pond where guests can relax after the busy lakeside villages.
The villages and towns all have medieval centres and usually a castle.
Each town on the lake has its fishing harbours and above lake Garda itself there are alpine lakes that are still completely free from tourists. This area is the crossroads between north and south to Austria and Germany and into the heart of Italy and west east between Milan and Venice.
