The living room boasts two large comfy sofas, cable TV, video recorder and stereo/CD player. The room is decorated with lamps, pictures and plants. Two end tables and a coffee table complete the furnishings. Patio doors lead out to the fully screened patio and pool area.

The swimming pool is 30' by 14' . It also has underwater lighting for a stunning effect at night. Heating is an optional extra and is well worth considering in the winter months or for those who like a dip under the stars!

The patio doors lead out to the pool from the living area and there is also a door leading to the family bathroom from the poolside. The pool is fully screened for your comfort and is equipped with a table and chairs for a nice outside lunch or dinner. After the excitement and thrills in the theme parks it is the ideal retreat whether it is at the end of the day or for a 'breather' in the afternoon. Disney main gates are just 10 minutes away so there is plenty of time to enjoy the parks in the morning, return for a swim or siesta and then return to watch the fireworks in the evening.

The pool is automatically cleaned every day and checked on a weekly basis.

Owners Suite #1 contains a queen sized bed, dresser and mirror, two night stands and lamps, silk plant, and pictures. This room has double windows looking out over the pool. There is a large walk-in wardrobe and it is served by its own private en-suite bathroom.

Owners Suite #2 is a master bedroom, has a full size bed, dresser and mirror, night stand, lamp and pictures. There is a large wardrobe, one window and it also has its own private en-suite shower room.

You will find everything you need and/or want while visiting Orlando. The famous attractions are worth every bit of praise they have received over the years. Disney World is the best theme park in the United States by far. You will also find attractions including: water parks, amusement parks, botanical gardens, and tons of animal adventure parks. Take a few days and enjoy the sun, surf, fun and attractions Orlando has to offer.

The villa is beautifully furnished and contains all you need for up to 12 guests including: Large lounge/dining area with Cable TV which leads to the lanai and screened pool. The separate kitchen is equipped with all you need including a breakfast area.

The 5 bedrooms are as follows; Master with a queen size bed, walk in wardrobes and ensuite shower room with his & hers basins. Bedroom 2 with full size bed. Bedrooms 3 has a full size bed. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and bedroom 5 has one bunk bed and a twin size bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ample drawer space. The main bathroom has bath and shower.

Pool Heating per week $ 20.00 /Day
Cleaning Fee if less than 5 Days $ 80.00

To confirm booking a deposit of $250.00 per week is required. The balance of the rental fee is due 10 weeks prior to departure. An additional deposit of $250.00 will also be required at check in with our management company (Credit Card) which will be held as security against breakages. Provided no damage has been reported the deposit will be returned immediately after your holiday.
