This private home with covered patio and gardens has lovely views of Chief Peak, a mountain with a history. Imagine the Chumash Indians settled here in this magical valley.

Blue skies, evenings filled with the scent of orange blossom and jasmine. A quaint village with a Spanish history. The downtown has wonderful art galleries and shops. There are several local theatre groups, and a local movie house, that shows current movies and a special Sunday afternoon Art film. There are wonderful restaurants to try or enjoy a picnic in the park!
The home and grounds are so lovely you may not want to leave. There is plenty to do should you decide to discover the delights of Ojai.
We are 15 minutes from Downtown Ventura and the beach. We are 35 minutes from Santa Barbara.

We are adjacent to the Los Padres National Forest. 20 minutes to the beach at Ventura, 35 minutes to Santa Barbara. Local theatre and resturants, plus hiking and biking, wonderful trails. It is a small town environment with a European flair. A beautiful park downtown with an outdoor bowl. There is art in the park, a farmers market on Sunday, several Art galleries, unique shopping opportunities,cafes, resturants, lots of local color.

The master bedroom has French doors that open out to a brick patio and a lattice covered with jasmine and rosemary. There are hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living room. There are granite counter tops and a Jenn-Air-air cooktop. There is a sunroom used as a formal dining room.
There is a washer and dryer that can be used.
