This is a very nice Cabin 5 years old with all new furnishings, the beds are all queens, it is all on one level, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with an extra futon in the living area.
The kitchen living room and dinning area are very open.
There is a gas grill outside on the deck and the hot tub is on a second deck.
There is plenty of room for snowmobile gear, or 4 wheeler gear, or whatever your sport may be. There is also a large 2 car garage attached.

This is all located in the very beautiful setting of the Black Hills, on Deer Mountain, only 1/4 mile from the ski slopes, and about 1 mile from the snowmobile trails. In the summer you are about a mile and a half from the Michelson Trail, (hiking and biking).
We are 4 miles from the south end of Spearfish Canyon with great trout fishing, and about 15 minutes to Deadwood, (old west style gaming town) with lots of gift shops.
The nearest golf course is only about a mile away, with three others within 30 minutes. So there is something for everyone in the area.

amenities not listed above: Everything you need is in the kitchen, toaster, coffee pot usually even the coffee, there is a dishwasher, and all the cooking pots, pans, etc.
There is a washer and dryer on the mail level, TV with video games, DVD player, CD, and surround sound. And the HOT TUB!

Rates
275.00 per night with a 3 night
minimum
The rates are the same year round with the exception of the Sturgis Rally please call for those prices.
We do have to add S.D. sales tax to the cost. The cleaning fee is included in the price, we do require a 275.00 rent deposit, and a 500.00 damage deposit.
The damage deposit will be returned within 10 days if no damage has been done. The rest of the rent is due 30 days in advance, at which time no refund can be made.
