We are just between Flamingo Rd. and Tropicana
Blvd. in the southeast part of Las Vegas. Very nice quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood.
Large Family room with computer with high speed internet and business station with fax. "Gazelle" exercise machine. Large Living room over looking solar heated private pool and spa, has cable TV, VCR, tapes, fireplace and queen sleeper sofa.
Dining Room seats six and has games and puzzles for family entertainment. Fully stocked kitchen has all appliances, utensils and linens. Laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board. |
Queen-size Master Bedroom has walk-in closet with cozy robes and french doors to private patio, pool and hot tub. Color TV with cable in all rooms.
Vaulted ceilings in most rooms. This spacious house can accommodate large families, conventioneers or just a private "getaway" for two.
Cozy back yard is fully landscaped, lighted with covered patio, solar heated private pool, hot tub, security fence, gas BarBQ, patio furniture and playhouse. Very pet friendly area. Smoking is allowed on patio only.

Strip and airport only 5 miles away. Convention Center only 5 miles away. 30 minutes to Lake Mead. Very centrally located to all entertainment in and around Las Vegas. There is water skiing, jet skiing, boating, hiking and all water sports at Lake Mead. Park two blocks away with Police Sub Station next to it. Shopping malls, Wal-Mart, grocery, drug and many stores close by. Movies and golf courses nearby.
