Clear Creek Cabin is a charming guest cottage on our 345 acre farm of rolling meadows, tree lined trails, scenic bluffs and Saltpeter Cave. The cabin is nestled on the banks of Clear Creek a large scenic stream with crystal clear water, that borders our property for two miles.
In its lovely secluded location you can step out the front door and enjoy fishing, swimming,hiking, and caving. You will also be delighted with the turkey, deer, red fox, coyotes, and other wildlife that share this idyllic location. |
Clear Creek Cabin was built about 1850 and each log was carefully numbered and moved to its current location in 1951. Open year round the cabin has a large living room with woodburning fireplace, one bedroom, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor BBQ, and a large front porch with swing over-looking Clear Creek.
It is the ideal retreat for those wanting to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the country.
